Description

• 2 years of hands-on experience in Markit EDM
• Overall experience of 8-12 years in L2 Production support
• Must know support process, handling daily incidents, changes, problem tasks etc
• Must have experience in Markit EDM right from opening the components, finding the Logs and errors.
• Experience in rerunning the Markit EDM jobs.
• Experience in Markit EDM service restart
• Knowledge of PLSQL is a must.
• Ready to work in 24*7 Shifts
