Description

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Work with VRS business unit personnel and other stakeholders to extract data from legacy systems and transform it into a format compatible with Workday HCM. 
Monitor ETL pipelines for performance and troubleshoot any issues or bottlenecks.
 Hands on knowledge on Data Extraction, Data Transformation, Data Loading, Workflow Development, Performance Tuning, Data Quality Assurance & Documentation and Collaboration.
Proven experience in working with ETL tools such as Informatica, Talend, or SSIS.
 Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

Preferred/Desired Experience:
Working knowledge with Database Design and Data Modelling
Migrations working with Kronos, Cornerstone, and Workday is a plus
knowledge on Data Quality Assurance & Documentation and Collaboration.
