Data Visualization Engineer

Key Focus: Implementing data visualization and analytics solutions that enable providers to interpret clinical data and optimize patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain user-facing data visualizations and dashboards aligned with clinical workflows.
• Collaborate with AI and data engineering teams to integrate analytics outputs into visual tools.
• Work with product and clinical teams to understand data needs and design effective visualizations that support decision-making.
• Implement and optimize operational AI features embedded in the platform (e.g., session summaries, therapy insights).
• Use tools such as Tableau, Power BI, D3.js, or custom React-based visualization frameworks.
• Support data quality and pipeline validation to ensure accurate reporting.

Requirements:

• Strong experience in data visualization development and deployment.
• Hands-on with data pipeline tools (Airflow, BigQuery, Databricks) to ingest, transform, and visualize data.
• Good understanding of AI/ML concepts to effectively collaborate with AI engineers and integrate outputs.
• Experience working in healthcare or regulated environments (e.g., finance, insurance etc.)
• Strong experience with cloud platforms (Azure/GCP) and modern data stacks
