Responsibilities:
Utilize analytic and visualization tools (SQL, R, Python, Tableau) for data cleaning, integration, and analysis.
Apply appropriate coding and statistical methodologies to meet stakeholder requirements.
Coordinate with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to define requirements, lead meetings, present findings, solicit feedback, and establish enhancement cycles.
Communicate data project results to various audiences through visualizations, report writing, presentations, and publications.
Build relationships and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders including subject-matter experts and data stewards.
Contribute to team documentation by commenting scripts and describing routine processes step-by-step, including data cleaning steps, sources, filters, assumptions, and purposes.
Proactively identify and communicate process, database, and analysis improvements, implementing innovative strategies as appropriate.
Perform other duties as requested or assigned.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree with coursework in biostatistics or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
Strong data analysis skills in SQL, Tableau, R, REDCap, and Microsoft Excel.
Willingness to work occasional weekends and holidays.
Experience working collaboratively with diverse groups and managing projects with defined timelines and deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s Degree with coursework in biostatistics or equivalent.
Proficiency with SQL, R, Tableau Desktop, Tableau Prep, and REDCap.
Familiarity with health/public health data.
