Data Scientist

Description:

Looking for a Data Scientist with 5 to 10 years of experience.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement statistical and machine learning models, with a particular focus on propensity and investible models, that support data-driven decision-making

Lead the end-to-end development of models, to predict customer behaviors, identify high-value opportunities, and maximize ROI on data-driven investments.

Partner with stakeholders across different teams to translate complex business objectives into modeling strategies.

Focus on continuous monitoring and fine-tuning of models, ensuring their scalability and reliability.  Develop processes for Model Validation and performance tracking for maintaining optimal accuracy and business impact.

Serve as a thought leader within the data science team, advocating for best practices in model design.

Maintain a strong collaboration with Microsoft stakeholders, LatentView offshore, and the onsite teams.

Proficiency in tools such as SQL, Python, Power BI, and ML libraries.

Strong knowledge of Azure services such as Azure Storage, Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, etc will be a plus.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with complex datasets to deliver meaningful insights.
