Data Scientist

We are looking for a skilled Data Scientist with 5+ years of experience in statistical modeling, machine learning, and data-driven decision-making. You will work with large datasets to derive actionable insights, build predictive models, and support strategic business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and validate statistical models and machine learning algorithms.

Analyze large datasets using advanced data analytics techniques.

Communicate data insights to non-technical stakeholders via dashboards, presentations, and reports.

Collaborate with engineering and product teams to integrate models into production systems.

Evaluate and improve model performance over time.

Required Skills:

Strong programming skills in Python or R with libraries like Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.

Experience with SQL and big data tools like Spark, Hive, or Hadoop.

Strong understanding of statistics, hypothesis testing, and experimental design.

Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib, Seaborn).

Proficient in building and deploying machine learning models in production
