Deep understanding of Gen AI mathematics and implementation In particular, familiarity and hands-on experience with frameworks and techniques like RAG, PEFT (LoRA, QLoRA),
Supervised Fine Tuning, AI Agents, Hugging Face Familiarity working with Vector databases like Pinecone, FAISS etc..
Familiarity with Graph databases is good to have.
Hands-on in Python with packages like PyTorch, peft, transformers, trl and ability to write OOP & modular code
Strong and effective communication with different stakeholders
Good educational or professional background
