Technical Strategy & Leadership
Lead the technical strategy and roadmap across the Salesforce organizations, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Serve as the key point of contact for technical issues, collaborating with the Release Manager to ensure smooth deployments and minimize risks.
Analyze user stories and define scalable, secure technical solutions to meet business requirements.
Collaborate with developers to estimate user stories and ensure accurate time tracking for each task.
Provide technical assistance and mentorship to junior developers, guiding them through complex technical challenges.
Ensure consistent, scalable, and secure architectures across all Salesforce organizations.
Drive the adoption of best practices, design patterns, and Salesforce development standards.
Collaborate closely with the Architect to align architectural goals with business needs and technical strategy.
Review and refine technical documents to ensure clarity and alignment with system designs and requirements.
 

Architecture & Design Oversight
Ensure consistent, scalable, and secure architectures across all Salesforce organizations.
Drive the adoption of best practices, design patterns, and Salesforce development standards.
Collaborate closely with the Architect to align architectural goals with business needs and technical strategy.
Review and refine technical documents to ensure clarity and alignment with system designs and requirements. 
 

Team Management & Development
Manage and mentor development teams, ensuring technical growth and skill development.
Foster collaboration across technical teams, promoting innovation and knowledge sharing.
Work with the team to identify skills gaps and recommend appropriate training or hiring initiatives.
Collaborate with CSM, Functional Leads, and Scrum Masters to ensure smooth execution of projects and manage cross-team dependencies.
Raise tickets to Salesforce
 

Quality Control & Best Practices
Lead regular code reviews to maintain high-quality development standards across the Salesforce orgs.
Ensure strong coding standards, version control, and CI/CD pipelines are followed by all team members.
Establish robust testing strategies to ensure defect-free releases.
Review technical documentation after each release, ensuring it accurately reflects system updates and solutions.
Review the Salesforce release note and summarize it.
Risk Management & Continuous Improvement
Identify and mitigate technical risks that could impact project timelines or system stability.
Stay updated with Salesforce innovations, recommending new tools or practices to improve performance and reduce technical debt.
Promote a culture of continuous learning, improvement, and technical excellence within the development teams

Salesforce Job Responsibilities

● Develop and Implement Machine Learning Models: Design, build, and deploy machine learning models and algorithms for various applications, ensuring they are robust and scalable for production use.

● Data Exploration and Preparation: Collect, clean, and preprocess large datasets, including feature engineering and data transformation, to create a strong foundation for modeling.

● Model Training and Optimization: Train models using state-of-the-art techniques, optimize performance through hyperparameter tuning, and conduct thorough experimentation to achieve desired results.

● Analyze and Evaluate Performance: Use appropriate metrics to analyze model accuracy, precision, recall, and other relevant performance indicators, and iteratively improve models based on findings.

● Experimentation and Research: Stay updated on the latest machine learning and data science advancements, and run experiments to identify potential new techniques and approaches for business challenges.

Requirements for the Job
 

● Bachelor’s/Master's/Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or equivalent field.

● Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in ML and AI roles.

● Strong proficiency in Python and machine learning frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, and others.

● Solid understanding of statistical analysis, data modeling, and algorithmic techniques for various ML tasks.

● Experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and/or Computer Vision (CV) is required; any of the following is preferred:

○ NLP: Strong understanding of RNNs and transformer-based architectures for tasks such as chatbots/dialogue systems, machine translation, named entity recognition, recommendation systems, and retrieval systems.

○ Computer Vision: Hands-on experience with cutting-edge Vision Language Models (VLMs) like ViT, CLIP, Swin Transformers, DINO, GroundedSAM, SAM, YOLOv7/v8, and multimodal architectures like BLIP-2 and GIT-2. Skilled in Visual Question Answering (VQA), image classification, search, and object detection, with expertise in advanced techniques for complex vision and multimodal tasks.

● Practical experience in building production-ready systems using deployment frameworks such as FastAPI, NVIDIA Triton Inference Server, TorchServe, or TensorFlow Serving is a plus.
