Data Scientist

Key responsibilities include:

• Mining and analyzing data from external sources as well as internal data
• Using predictive modeling to create risk models, mine data and address other use cases
• Developing A/B testing campaign frameworks and testing model quality
• Communicating and coordinating with teams to implement data-driven strategies while measuring progress

• Oral and written communication skills
• Problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in Databricks environment
• Knowledge of machine learning techniques (LLM experience is a plus)
• Knowledge of advanced statistical analysis techniques and concepts, and how to apply them to large data sets (healthcare data experience is a plus)
• A desire to learn new techniques and technologies
• Flexibility to work as a member of the team and as an individual contributor
