Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deploy predictive and trigger/event-based models for targeted marketing communications.
  • Use online/offline transaction data, demographics, and behavioral signals to build intelligent audience segments.
  • Lead the design and execution of machine learning models to deliver business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Engineering, and Architecture teams to deliver scalable solutions.
  • Shape and manage the Data Science backlog in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Explore and implement new data science methodologies and technologies.
  • Translate complex analytical outputs into actionable business insights and recommendations.
  • Visualize data insights using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Plotly for stakeholders.
  • Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to a high-performing analytics culture.

  • AutoML Tools: DataRobot, H2O.ai
  • Data Types: Structured, unstructured, and digital marketing data

Experience Required:

  • 10+ years of hands-on experience in data science and machine learning roles.
  • Proven experience in deploying end-to-end ML models in a business environment.
  • Strong background in marketing data, digital data, and analytics landscapes.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and leading data-driven initiatives.
  • Familiarity with enterprise architecture and marketing technology ecosystems.

Desirable Experience:

  • Led AI roadmap development and delivery in marketing domains.
  • Experience with Adobe Analytics or similar digital marketing tools.
  • Identified and implemented process improvements in data science workflows.
  • Developed new or enhanced analytic techniques to meet emerging business needs.
  • Presented insights effectively to senior stakeholders and executive leadership.

Education

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
  • Additional certifications or short-term courses in data science, ML, or cloud platforms are a plus
