Description

· Collaborate with data experts and stakeholders to understand business objectives and identify opportunities for leveraging data to drive decision-making and business growth.
· Design and implement advanced data models, algorithms, and statistical analyses to extract meaningful insights from large and complex datasets.
· Develop and deploy machine learning models using Databricks for predictive analytics, anomaly detection, and other data science applications.
· Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify patterns, trends, and correlations in the data, and communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
· Stay up to date with the latest advancements in data science, AI, and machine learning techniques, and proactively identify opportunities to apply them to business challenges.
· Mentor and provide guidance to junior data scientists, sharing best practices and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

What you need to have: (Qualifications)
· Bachelor's or master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
· Proven experience as a Data Scientist, with a strong track record of delivering impactful data-driven solutions.
· Strong knowledge of both Generative AI and traditional AI techniques, including deep learning, natural language processing, and statistical modeling.
· Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, and experience with data manipulation and analysis libraries (e.g., pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn).
· Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively to develop innovative data-driven solutions.
· Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively
Real production experience with MLOps in Databrick, particularly with experience in Model registration and evaluation
Anthropic’s Model Context Protocol, Azure AI Agent Service or Dapr
Having built AI Agents and integrating those agents into a reasoning model
Integrating Agents (home built or otherwise) into advanced reasoning models
AI “Platform” capabilities like implementing constraints, monitoring, automated testing, etc
