Thought Leadership:

  • Serve as a thought leader and decision-maker on technical, design, and related issues.
  • Approach challenges with a problem-solving mindset, and demonstrate a willingness to quickly learn new languages, frameworks, or technologies as needed.
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate and share ideas.

Ownership & Accountability:

  • Take full ownership of assigned products or features, proactively identifying and resolving bugs or issues.
  • Manage multiple priorities effectively with minimal supervision.
  • Regularly evaluate the usability and relevance of product features, providing innovative suggestions for enhancements.

Engineering Mindset:

  • Contribute to product-aligned research by tweaking or rewriting libraries as needed.
  • Build and ship robust, enterprise-grade products used on a daily basis.
  • Work on scalable systems and distributed technologies to address problems of scale.
  • Design solutions with a focus on performance, scalability, and high availability.
  • Bring experience in building web applications and managing full product life cycles.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proven Expertise in Data Science: 8–12 years of experience in data science development.
  • GAN & LLM Expertise: Deep experience in Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs) and Large Language Models (LLMs).
  • Tech Stack: Hands-on experience with LangChain, Vector Databases, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) frameworks.
  • MLOps and LangKit: Strong knowledge of LangKit and experience in MLOps practices.
  • Machine Learning: Proficiency in building machine learning solutions tailored to business needs
