- Programming and troubleshooting of bioinformatics analysis workflow.
- Performing the analysis of multiple high-throughput omics data sets, including scRNASeq, TCR-Seq, WES, ATAC-Seq, and proteomics.
- Performing biological signatures and pathways analysis.
- Curation of gene signatures and pathways from literatures or public domains.
- Other bioinformatics analysis in support of research oncology projects as assigned.
Knowledge, Experience and Skills:
- The ideal candidate should have advanced degree in bioinformatics, computational biology, biostatistics, computer sciences, or closely related fields.
- Prior working experience in biopharmaceutical industry is preferred.
- The candidate should have fundamental knowledge in cancer biology and immunology.
- The candidate should have general knowledge of statistical analysis.
- Strong programming skills such as R, Perl, or Python
- The experience with open-source bioinformatics tools and packages to analyze large omics data, e.g., TCGA, GTEx, CCLE DepMap, is required.
