Data Scientist

Responsibilities: -
·        Lead the design and development of advanced AI and machine learning solutions using Azure AI and Azure Machine Learning.
·        Oversee the integration of AI models into existing systems to enhance functionality and performance.
·        Provide technical expertise in Python to develop and optimize machine learning algorithms.
·        Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
·        Ensure the scalability and reliability of AI solutions by implementing best practices in software architecture.
·        Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure high-quality code standards.
·        Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on best practices in AI and machine learning.
·        Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies and incorporate them into projects.
·        Develop and maintain documentation for AI solutions, including design specifications and user manuals.
·        Work closely with stakeholders to ensure that AI solutions meet business objectives and deliver measurable results.
·        Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to AI and machine learning solutions.
·        Participate in project planning and provide estimates for development tasks.
·        Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations in all AI solutions.

Qualifications 
·        Possess a strong background in SQL, Azure AI, Azure Machine Learning, and advanced Python.
·        Demonstrate experience in designing and developing AI and machine learning solutions.
·        Exhibit proficiency in integrating AI models into existing systems. 
·        Show expertise in optimizing machine learning algorithms using Python.
·        Have experience in Property and Casualty Insurance (nice to have). 
·        Display excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 
·        Possess strong communication and collaboration skills.
·        Show ability to mentor and guide junior developers.
·        Demonstrate knowledge of best practices in software architecture and development.
·        Exhibit familiarity with data privacy and security regulations. 
·        Have experience in project planning and task estimation.
·        Show ability to develop and maintain technical documentation.
·        Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies.
