Data Scientist

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Data Scientist with expertise in data science and Machine Learning and understanding the basics of Gen AI to join our growing team. This role requires a deep understanding of data modeling and machine learning to assess customer performance based on predetermined criteria, uncover patterns and trends, and develop insights. Additionally, the candidate will leverage their knowledge to develop Large Language Models (LLMs), enhancing customer interactions.

Responsibilities:

·        Evaluate customer performance using analytical models and identify root causes of variations.

·        Discover trends, unknown patterns, and anomalies using advanced data mining and machine learning.

·        Perform exploratory data analysis and provide insights to stakeholders.

·        Perform feature selection and build ML models suitable to solve business problems.

·        Develop LLMs using RAG for enhanced responses.

  Skills:

·        Strong background in data science, including proficiency in performance evaluation, trend analysis, and anomaly detection.

·        Deep understanding of data modeling and machine learning.

·        Hands on knowledge on different data science models

·        Proficient in SQL for data querying and manipulation.

·        (Good to have) Knowledge/some experience with developing and deploying chatbots using LLMs and integrating RAG techniques.

·        Good Communication Skills.
