Data Scientist

Job Description-

• Has 4-5 years’ experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, AI, Gen AI etc.
• Has 3 years of Cloud experience in AWS, Azure, GCP, Databricks based ML Architecture. Conversant and hands on experiences in AWS (and similar services in other clouds) services like Sage maker, Lambda, EC2, API gateway, Bedrocks etc
• At least 2 years of experience of development and deployment of models, solutions for Projects, POCs
• Hands on experience in Python, PySpark, SQL etc.
• Has 1+ years in MLOps technologies like CI/CD, ML monitoring (PowerBI, Drift detection, model metrics) etc.
• Has exposure to Gen AI areas like LLMs, multiple open-source LLM, RAG, GAN, computer visions, NLPs, Deep learning, and AI/ML libraries etc.
• Technical problem-solving capability from a DS, DE point of view
• Understanding the business problem at hand and then solving using technology
• Very proactive and able to navigate through technical challenges based on active learning, research etc.
• Capable to plan out new model development within the same business
• Continuous Evaluation of ML Solutions and suggesting changes proactively to improve model performance
• Drive client communications and building the collaterals required (Reports, PPT, visualizations) for client deliveries and for internal stakeholders
• Adhere to the existing business processes to ensure smooth and on time delivery and
• product ionization by following client processes and documentation
• Deliver projects smoothly to meet milestones and promised target date
• Continuously identify new opportunities and help to genuinely solve problems for clients and help realize the impact.
• Able to identify opportunities and share details with senior leaders
• Build good client relationship
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
