Role Overview:
As a Data Scientist Lead, you will define, develop, and deploy AI-powered models that optimize energy efficiency, predict system failures, and enhance user experience. You will lead a team of data scientists and collaborate with engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders to drive data-driven decisions at scale.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and deploy AI/ML models for predictive maintenance, anomaly detection, and energy efficiency optimization.
· Work with real-time IoT sensor data (temperature, power consumption, compressor load, etc.) to extract actionable insights.
· Design and build scalable data pipelines for handling real-time streaming data.
· Optimize machine learning models for failure detection, energy optimization, and performance improvement.
· Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate AI solutions into Circolife’s cloud-based platform.
· Build and maintain data-driven dashboards for monitoring AC performance and customer engagement.
· Continuously research and implement cutting-edge AI/ML techniques for improving efficiency.
· Work closely with business and operations teams to translate business needs into scalable AI solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
· 6+ years of experience in Data Science, AI, or Machine Learning, with at least 3+ years of hands-on development experience.
· Proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, FastAPI).
· Experience with IoT sensor data, real-time streaming, and time-series forecasting.
· Hands-on expertise in SQL, NoSQL, and Big Data processing (Spark, Hadoop, Apache Kafka, etc.).
· Strong background in MLOps, cloud-based AI deployment (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
· Experience in data engineering, ETL, and building scalable AI infrastructure.
· Ability to work independently on complex problems and drive AI adoption.
Preferred Qualifications
· Strong knowledge of predictive maintenance frameworks.
· Experience with AutoML, reinforcement learning, or edge AI for IoT applications.
