What you'll do

  • Demonstrated proficiency in adopting new tasks, workflows, or products
  • Operate a diverse range of tasks, moving between processes with guidance of management
  • Analyze and research key information and accurately transcribing it into internal systems based on customer/internal requirements, utilizing appropriate resource

What experience you need

High school diploma or GED

2+ years of experience in a high volume processing center.

Customer service experience
