Data Quality Lead

Role Overview 
The Data QA Lead ensures all QA aspects of the Salesforce implementation are meticulously planned, executed, and optimized, focusing on data quality, integration, and consolidation. 

Required Qualifications 
· Minimum 10 years of QA experience with a focus on data quality and integration. 
· Understanding of Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud, administration, and architecture. 
· Proficiency in SQL, data profiling tools, and relevant QA technologies. 
· Experience in automation testing using any tool. 
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. 
· Excellent communication skills for conveying technical information to non-technical stakeholders. 
· Highly organized with the ability to guide the team toward industry best practices. 
· Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, ISTQB) are a plus. 
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 

Preferred Qualifications 
· Experience leading a QA team or project. 
· Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools like JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps etc. 
· Knowledge of Selenium WebDriver, JAVA, Selenium Grid, Cucumber, Maven. 
· Experience in the consulting industry and familiarity with various business processes.
