Data Quality Engineer

Are you an experienced Data Quality Engineer with a passion for testing data pipelines, ensuring transformation accuracy, and driving high-trust data delivery? 
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain automated data validation frameworks for Snowflake ELT pipelines
Validate data transformations, aggregations & load processes
Create test cases, test data, and scripts (SQL, Python)
Perform data reconciliation, regression testing, and anomaly detection
Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business teams
Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, and release validation
Document test scenarios, results, and track defects to resolution
✅ Must-Have Qualifications:
5+ years in data testing or ETL/ELT validation
Strong SQL & experience with Snowflake or cloud data platforms
Hands-on with AWS (S3, Glue, Lambda)
Familiarity with PyTest, Great Expectations, dbt tests, or similar tools
Strong understanding of data modeling & pipeline orchestration
Agile/Scrum experience

BI/dashboard testing
Experience with dbt, Airflow, data observability tools
Background in finance, healthcare, or insurance
