Your Impact:

In this role, you will be an integral part of supporting the IMO’s Project Management Office by:

• Leading executive reporting while developing, updating, and maintaining reports to provide visibility on the state of the Issues for all Issues Management Office Forums

• Driving data integrity through continuous and repeatable quality assurance activities, while working hand-in-hand with Project Managers and Leads for updates and corrections

• Serving as the IMO tooling and reporting processes subject matter expert, collaborating with the tooling development team to implement requested reporting enhancements

• Analyzing and measuring the effectiveness of existing program management and reporting processes to identify enhancement opportunities

• Development and end-to-end ownership of Issues Management reporting training

• Serving as a liaison to various business divisions to support EO+T Issues Management reporting goals

• Facilitating interactions with senior personnel on complex matters frequently requiring coordination, and facilitating forums as needed

• Collaborate in the development of innovative, practicable, and comprehensive solutions to challenges that arise in the IMO Governance efforts

• Partnering with the Issue Delivery Management team improve the processes supporting Issue delivery

 

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5+ years’ experience with reporting (creation, analytics, and quality assurance)

• A minimum of 5+ years’ experience with process development and training

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships and influence at all levels of the Enterprise

• Experience with C-suite communications, storyboarding and ability to create and speak to PowerPoint materials for an executive audience

• Ability to handle several priorities and work within tight timeframes, shifting direction as needed

• Financial services / mortgage industry experience (Preferred)

• Experience using Microsoft Office/O365 required. Experience with Jira, Planview, PowerBI or Tableau is strongly preferred.

• Certification in a process improvement methodology with business process mapping experience preferred.

• 5+ years of technology program and portfolio management experience preferred

• Knowledge of Risk Management and Issues Management Standard preferred

• PMP certification is preferred
