- Act as the Subject Matter Expert for data management and data quality within the CRM system
- Assist in the development of a Strategic Roadmap for the CRM System
- Understand business strategy, and provide recommendations for data and data quality management
- Take ownership of assigned items to drive resolution
- Communicate impacts of data and data quality efforts to project deliverables and CRM system functionality to the CRM System Manager
- Work with CRM business owners to ensure data policies are established and followed
- Build and maintain daily, weekly and monthly data integrity checks
- Identify areas of concern and work with departments to resolve or mitigate data and data quality issues
- Participate in project planning sessions with team members to analyze requirements and make recommendations related to data management and data quality
- Assist in project validation and testing
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Up to 10% travel required
Top skills you need to have:
- Experienced (3-5 years) business analysis, software development, business intelligence or database management with a focus on data management and data quality
- A thorough understanding of the Internet, Web Navigation, Windows Operating System, Microsoft Excel, Visio, Word, PowerPoint, CRM systems and other applications as required
- Experience with database analysis tools
- Experience with CRM data quality preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Management or related field, or equivalent work experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with all levels in a manner that is understandable to business units

- SQL experience
- Address cleansing and correction
- An ETL tool for moving data
