Description

  • Act as the Subject Matter Expert for data management and data quality within the CRM system
  • Assist in the development of a Strategic Roadmap for the CRM System
  • Understand business strategy, and provide recommendations for data and data quality management
  • Take ownership of assigned items to drive resolution
  • Communicate impacts of data and data quality efforts to project deliverables and CRM system functionality to the CRM System Manager
  • Work with CRM business owners to ensure data policies are established and followed
  • Build and maintain daily, weekly and monthly data integrity checks
  • Identify areas of concern and work with departments to resolve or mitigate data and data quality issues
  • Participate in project planning sessions with team members to analyze requirements and make recommendations related to data management and data quality
  • Assist in project validation and testing
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Up to 10% travel required

Top skills you need to have:

  • Experienced (3-5 years) business analysis, software development, business intelligence or database management with a focus on data management and data quality
  • A thorough understanding of the Internet, Web Navigation, Windows Operating System, Microsoft Excel, Visio, Word, PowerPoint, CRM systems and other applications as required
  • Experience with database analysis tools
  • Experience with CRM data quality preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Management or related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with all levels in a manner that is understandable to business units
  • The following experience is a plus:
    • Blackbaud
    • SQL experience
    • Address cleansing and correction
    • An ETL tool for moving data
