Roles and Responsibilities:
- Conduct audits of operational teams to ensure process adherence and data accuracy.
- Recommend and implement process improvement initiatives based on audit findings and performance trends.
- Support system enhancements by identifying recurring issues and coordinating with relevant departments.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for associates for all process-related queries.
- Conduct internal and external quality calibrations, maintaining accurate and up-to-date audit records.
- Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement through analytical evaluation.
- Publish performance dashboards on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
- Lead and support quality initiatives by enforcing quality assurance policies and procedures.
- Develop new quality monitoring models and implement changes to improve delivery and accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations and IT to address root causes of quality issues.
Skills Required:
- 1-3 years of experience in quality auditing or quality assurance.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in MS Excel and other MS Office tools.
- Basic statistical knowledge (averages, trends, outliers, charting).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to train and influence team members to drive quality outcomes.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to deep dive into data to identify issues.
- Capable of working independently and thinking creatively ("out of the box").
Education: Any Bachelor's Degree (Preferred: background in Business, Statistics, IT, or related field)
