Description

Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze incident tickets raised by internal teams, troubleshoot data discrepancies, and coordinate resolution.
• Analyze Snowflake data pipelines and flows for delays, failures, and data quality issues.
• Understand and document data domains, relationships, lineage, and transformations across systems.
• Perform root-cause analysis on data-related issues and recommend process or automation improvements.
• Validate and maintain data quality checks, controls, and operational metrics.
• Work closely with Data Engineering , Data Stewards, and Operations teams to recommend changes to DQ process and rule enhancements.
• Support documentation of data flow processes, lineage diagrams, and standard operating procedures.
• Provide insights into recurring issues and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Define Key KPIs and Publish periodic metrics
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Experience as a Data Analyst or Data Operations Analyst (Snowflake experience preferred).
• Strong understanding of data relationships, lineage, and data modeling concepts.
• Experience with SQL (Snowflake preferred) for data analysis and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with data quality frameworks, checks, and monitoring processes.
• Knowledge of ETL/ELT processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with technical / non-technical stakeholders and external stakeholders.
• Domain experience in Capital markets & Investment management services . Understands trade lifecycle and flow of Investment data .

Good to Have:
• Experience with incident management and ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA).
• Exposure to data governance tools and practices.
• Experience working on Reporting tools – e.g., Power BI
