About the Role:

As a Data Principal, you will lead discussions and architect solutions in data management, governance, and advanced analytics. With proven expertise in data marts, data warehouses, and data lakes, you will design and implement cutting-edge data platforms while working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure long-term client satisfaction and success.

This is a permanent role based in London, offering onsite or hybrid work flexibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary contact for Data engagement, addressing client concerns and needs.
  • Architect and design data solutions, including data marts, data warehouses, and data lakes.
  • Provide leadership in implementing data governance practices, including data quality, profiling, cataloging, and metadata management strategies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design innovative and scalable data platforms leveraging cloud technologies such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
  • Manage large strategic accounts valued at $10M+ with a focus on growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and provide thought leadership in data management and governance.
  • Develop proposals, statements of work, and service-level objectives to meet client requirements.
  • Mentor and guide teams to deliver high-quality solutions across the full software development lifecycle.

Preferred Skills:

  • Proven expertise in data management, governance, and architecture.
  • Strong technical knowledge of cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud).
  • Extensive experience with tools such as SQL, ETL tools, and data integration platforms.
  • Demonstrated success in managing and growing strategic accounts.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
