Job Description
 

Responsibilities
• Engage Data Science, Data Engineering, and Analytics Teams to identify and implement the efficient security roles
• Be able to resolve Databricks Unity Catalog problems and concerns as they arise and work with teams to find solutions that suit their needs for data access and handle production deployments.
• Drive initiatives that focus on data security with support Unity Catalog, data lake, Azure Active Directory, and Immuta capabilities
• Define and document solutions, standard methodologies and strategies for data security architecture. Communicate these solutions and standards into documentation and diagrams that are accessible for various types of users.
• Work with users to provide operation support on user issues and requests, collect user feedback, and improve the overall security and access managment experience.
• Ability to automate, audit, and standardize data security setup with tools such as Terraform, Unity Catalog, and Immuta.
• Ability to understand and leverage ABAC data policy creation and management.

Requirements
• Up to 3 years of hands-on experience with infrastructure as code (such as Terraform)
• Up to 2 years of demonstrated ability in administration tasks, maintenance, and support of a data security platform
• 1 year working in Python and SQL
• 1 year of experience with data mesh or data lake architectures
• Effective communication between business and technical teams to deliver content (blog posts, tutorials and videos) targeted at data scientists and other data practitioners
