Data Management Analyst

• Consult as a top subject matter expert on complex, innovative and diverse Data Management initiatives with high risk or with significant scope, cost, and benefits.
• Consult on the strategy and resolution of the most complex and significant challenges across Data Management, delivering solutions that are long-term, large-scale, broad reaching, and require vision, creativity, innovation, and advanced analytical and inductive thinking.
• Provide consulting and industry expertise regarding large-scale Data Management strategies.
• Strategically engage with client personnel.
• Required Qualifications: 10+ years of Data Management, Business Analysis, Analytics, or Project Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with exposure to AI/ML projects.
• Proficiency in data handling tools (e.g., SQL, Python, Excel) and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Familiarity with AI concepts like NLP, predictive modeling, classification, clustering, etc.
• Experience with Databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, Postgres.
• Experience with data warehousing, data lakes, or cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
• Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

• Knowledge of agile project management and tools like Jira.
• Experience working with big data frameworks (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
• Business domain knowledge in [industry-specific, e.g., finance, healthcare, retail]
