Key Responsibilities:

Data Engineering: Develop and maintain data pipelines, work with Big Data tools (Hadoop, Spark, etc.), and optimize SQL and Python scripts.
Data Analyst: Analyze data, create dashboards, perform statistical analysis, and use tools like Tableau and Power BI.

Requirements:
Visa Status: Active H1B visa holders or eligible for H1B transfer.
Experience: Minimum 5+ years in the relevant field.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in tools and technologies specific to the role (e.g., SQL, Python, Tableau, Oracle HCM, etc.).
Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in relevant fields preferred.
