1. Troubleshooting of issues - data issues, batch job failures, framework scripts, pipelines etc.

2. Monitoring - System, server, data, batch jobs etc.

3. Service Management

4. Stakeholder management

5. Review of solution designs

6. Development and testing

7. Environment support

8. Documentation

9. Optimization and enhancements

10. Performance turning and cost management

Required experience:

2 to 5 years in: - Data Warehousing, - Data Analysis - code back and forward tracking - ETL pipeline - development, support and troubleshooting - System monitoring, - Technical documentation writing (Solution, Interfaces, Support manual) - Orchestration tool monitoring (CA workload automation, control M or Apache Airflow), and - Tool mentioned in below section
