Data Engineer

The Data Engineer will play a critical role in managing and optimizing our data architecture and infrastructure. This role involves:

• Designing, developing, and maintaining data pipelines to ensure efficient data flow from various sources to the data lake.

• Implementing data integration solutions using Microsoft Fabric and Microsoft Synapse.

• Creating and managing data models and reports in Power BI.

• Automating data processes using Power Automate.

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

• Ensuring data quality, integrity, and security across all platforms.

• Monitoring and optimizing data pipeline performance.

• Providing support and troubleshooting for data-related issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data engineering or a related role is required

• Proficiency in Microsoft Fabric, Microsoft Synapse, Power BI, and Power Automate is required

• Strong knowledge of data warehousing concepts and best practices is required

• Experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and data migration is required

• Excellent SQL skills and familiarity with other data query languages is required

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities is required

• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment is required

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written is required

• Demonstrated expertise in using Microsoft data tools and platforms.
