Task Description: Work on Snowflake & Matillion

- Own the data pipeline for SDCM, ECM, & DCM, that flattens JSON into Snowflake tables

- Optimize the performance of the data pipeline and fix data quality issues

- Implement active monitoring on the Data pipeline and data Quality.

- Implement changes to the flattening process based on business need

Work Result: Successful onboarding of assigned Countries to DCM JSON
