Data Engineer

Top 3 Must Haves:
1. PL SQL
2. Hadoop
3. Cassandra

Job Summary:
- Design and put in place Azure data protection features.
- Deploy virtual machines in a highly available setting.
- Create virtual networks with high levels of performance and security to handle workloads.
- Find and install the business’s best cloud-based solutions.
- Define and record the best methods and tactics for deploying applications and maintaining infrastructure.
- Hands-on experience working at a high level in Architecture or Data Science or combination.
- Azure skills highly preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities:
1. 5+ years’ Experience in structured databases (Oracle, MSSQL) and unstructured databases (Hadoop, Cassandra)
2. At least 1+ years’ Experience & Understanding of Kafka / spark/python is plus.
3. Proficiency in writing and understanding complex SQL Query
4. Experience Data Analysis / Data Model / Unit Test
5. Experience in documenting End to end Data Flow
6. Adept with agile software development lifecycle
7. Understanding of dev ops tools (Jenkins/Git/Rancher)
