The Data Analyst will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and optimizing Power BI dashboards and reports.
This role requires strong collaboration across departments to support data-driven decision-making, perform complex data analysis, and build reliable data pipelines.
Responsibilities:
Develop, maintain, and optimize interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and translate them into analytical solutions.
Extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets using SQL and Python.
Identify key trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to inform strategic decisions.
Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support operational and strategic initiatives.
Present data-driven insights and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
Build and maintain data pipelines, ensuring data integrity and performance.
Stay current with emerging data analysis tools and best practices.
Requirement/Must Have:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in a data analyst or similar role with a strong business orientation.
Advanced Power BI skills including DAX, data modeling, and report optimization.
Web development experience (e.g., AJAX, HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation (e.g., joins, CTEs, subqueries).
Strong programming skills in Python (e.g., pandas, NumPy, matplotlib, seaborn).
Proven ability to communicate technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with data warehousing and ETL processes is a plus.
Should Have:
Familiarity with version control tools (e.g., Git).
Exposure to business domains such as finance, marketing, operations, or sales analytics.
Knowledge of machine learning or predictive modeling is a bonus.
