Skills:

  • Thorough understanding of Workday and Peoplesoft data structures
  • Thorough ETL / Data transformation knowledge
  • Exposure to Snowflake


Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with functional teams to understand data structures in PeopleSoft and map them to Workday's data model.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to align data migration efforts with business goals and reporting needs.
  • Understanding of Workday's data model, security settings, and API capabilities.
  • Implementing data pipelines using IICS to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from Workday.
  • Develop and optimize API calls to interact with Workday.
  • Hands-on experience with Snowflake as a cloud data warehouse.
  • Knowledge of SQL and scripting for data manipulation and transformation.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
