Data Conversion Architect

Key Responsibilities:

Define and lead the data mapping strategy for ERP and supply chain systems.

Architect and implement data conversion automation jobs, ensuring data quality and integrity.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams during ERP rollout phases, including planning, testing, and cutover.

Design robust and scalable data migration solutions aligned with enterprise architecture.

Support data validation, cleansing, and transformation processes.

Provide leadership and best practices in handling large-scale enterprise data migrations.

Required Skills & Experience:

Strong experience with data mapping and data conversion automation tools and techniques.

1–2 full-cycle ERP rollout experiences (Oracle preferred).

Solid understanding of supply chain systems and processes.

Exposure to Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex data issues during migration.

Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
