Job Description

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Data Analysis:** Conduct comprehensive data analyses to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business strategies and operational efficiency.

- **Data Strategy:** Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine data strategies that align with organizational objectives, ensuring data integrity and optimal use of resources.

- **Reporting and Visualization:** Create and manage dashboards and reports using advanced data visualization tools to present complex datasets in a clear and actionable format for stakeholders.

- **Consultation:** Work closely with clients to understand their data-related needs, providing expert guidance and recommendations on best practices in data management and analytics.

- **Data Governance:** Assist in establishing data governance frameworks to ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and internal policies.

- **Training and Support:** Provide training and support to team members and clients on data-related tools and methodologies, fostering a culture of data literacy within the organization.

- **Continuous Improvement:** Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies, making recommendations for enhancements to our data processes and tools.

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or data consulting.
- Proficient in SQL, Python, R, or similar programming languages for data analysis.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) is a plus.
