Description

  • Server / Switch Hardware Installations, Maintenance, and Support
  • Server IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Changes)
  • Server hardware upgrades (i.e. CPUS, disks, memory, etc).
  • Cabling (fiber, copper, twinax)
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose hardware and cabling issues.
  • Install and energize rack Power Distribution Units and related infrastructure.
  • Maintain inventory and document appropriately
  • Log and communicate work through JIRA ticketing system.
  • Vendor Access and Escort
  • Shipping and Receiving duties
  • Maintain clean and organized data center environment, storage room, and office space.
  • General remote hands and eyes support (visual inspection, power cycle equipment, etc.)
  • Travel as required
