Description

What You'll Need:
2+ years in Data Centers | 4+ years in IT
Solid knowledge of fiber optics, networking (A+/Network+), OSI model
Comfortable with CLI, Linux, and scripting (Bash/Python/Perl)
Familiarity with BGP, VRRP, LACP, spanning tree
Strong troubleshooting, communication, and mentoring skills

Key Responsibilities:
Hardware swaps (line cards, TORs, optics)
Root cause analysis, asset/ticket management
Collaboration across DC teams
Mentoring junior techs
