Roles & Responsibility

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.
- Proactively identify and resolve software-related issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve system problems.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for software systems.
- Participate in on-call rotations to provide support outside of regular business hours.
