Description

•     At least 4-5 years of experience in Data Governance and Data Management field is a must.

•     Identify the data capture points across customer journeys, business processes to both understand and interpret the opportunities to optimize and improve our data to better customer outcomes.

•     Interpret key business data sets and determine the criticality and quality of the data.

•     Hands on experience on lineage and data dictionary

•     Analyze data and associated business processes to elicit data related risks, issues, pain points.

•     Identify control weaknesses, establish a strong feedback loop, and coordinate communication of all inputs and outputs of Data Governance Forums

•     Support business intelligence and process optimization strategies with quantitative analysis.

•     Feed in the data control and risk mitigation requirements to the relevant delivery teams.

•     Work cross-departmentally on data-driven strategies that improve business processes and decision-making.

•     Facilitating successful completion of committed planning/ deliverables/ milestones

•     Ensuring adherence to Group Data & Record Management Policy & Standards (GDRMS) is always met.

•     Analyze, Develop, Implement and support CDEs Data Quality rules & Data Lineage and other Data and Record Standard requirements across Data Domains

•     Define and implement Data Quality Functional and Technical Rules using ETL, Tableau and other data tools.

•     Stakeholder Management and good communication skills along with problem solving and proactiveness.

Basic Understanding of Retail Banking Domain
