Description

This role is the single point of accountability for data integrity and HIPAA compliance. They will interface with the client to understand the complex commission rules and data security requirements.
 
Responsibilities:
Architect the entire ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) process
Define the SQL transformation logic for commission data
Be the final authority on data validation and failure analysis
Own, implement, and document the HIPAA compliance framework (data handling, encryption, access controls)
Provide audit-readiness
