Data Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Engineer with a strong foundation in Data Architecture to join our dynamic team in Plano, Texas. The ideal candidate will have 7 10 years of experience in data engineering, with a proven track record of designing and implementing robust data solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of data architecture principles and practices, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with cross functional teams to deliver high quality data products.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and architectures to support data ingestion, processing, and storage.
Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and other stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Implement data governance and quality assurance processes to ensure data integrity and reliability.
Optimize data models and ETL processes for performance and efficiency.
Monitor and troubleshoot data systems to ensure high availability and performance.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in data engineering and architecture.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior data engineering team members.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
7 10 years of experience in data engineering or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Proven ability to work in a fast paced, agile environment.
