Data Analytics Team Lead

Your Role:

Supports the department manager in overseeing the team and is responsible for supervising the flow of day-to-day activities. Ensures that the team performs against targets, while satisfying the deliverables to internal clients.

What you will do:

Track operations performance, analyze data, and provide actionable recommendations to improve productivity, efficiency, and overall performance at the company, team, and individual levels.
Coordinate with various departments to manage capacity planning, volume forecasts, headcount projections, resource allocation, and performance metrics.
Guide, mentor, and motivate team members to enhance performance, ensure adherence to company policies, and foster continuous improvement through feedback and training.
Oversee the completion of projects and initiatives within deadlines, optimize procedures, and implement strategies to achieve operational and team goals.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics, or a related field.
At least 3 years of relevant experience in analytics, data science, or planning; proficient in data analysis, visualization tools (Tableau, Google Data Studio), statistical packages (Excel, Google Sheets), and database management.
Strong ability to analyze data, develop insights, manage projects, and address challenges with attention to detail and organizational prowess.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated leadership abilities to collaborate effectively across all organizational levels.
