Roles & Responsibilities:
- Conduct data analysis to assess data quality and compliance with regulatory metrics.
- Design and validate data quality rules and controls.
- Manage issue resolution related to data quality assessment.
- Collaborate with ITSO and process owners to ensure effective data management.
- Lead process improvements and document workflows.
- Utilize tools such as Databricks, Aurora, Excel, and Confluence for data management.
- Develop and maintain automated reporting workflows and DQ scorecards.
- Ensure compliance with BCBS 239 and DUSE standards, particularly in cybersecurity and operational risk.
Experience Requirement:
- 5-8 years of experience with SQL and Python for data manipulation and automation.
- Demonstrated ability to work with large datasets and ensure data quality in financial services.
- Experience building data quality frameworks and scorecards.
- Familiarity with regulatory metrics and standards (e.g., BCBS 239).
- Exposure to reporting tools such as Tableau or Power BI is an advantage.
Education: Any Graduation
