Role Overview:
We’re seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our remote team. You’ll analyze sales and operational data to provide actionable insights that enhance decision-making and sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze large datasets related to sales and customer behavior

Create and maintain reports and dashboards using SQL, Excel, and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)

Collaborate with teams to identify data needs and deliver clear insights

Conduct statistical analysis and support testing initiatives

Communicate findings to stakeholders effectively

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Statistics, Math, Computer Science, Business Analytics, etc.)

1-3 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in sales or marketing

Proficient in SQL and Excel; Python or R is a plus

Experience with Tableau or Power BI

Strong analytical and communication skills

Self-motivated and team-oriented
