Description

We are looking for a Data Analyst Team Lead who can manage a team of analysts while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timely completion of data-related tasks. The ideal candidate should be highly skilled in Advanced Excel and demonstrate strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise a team of Data Analysts, ensuring smooth workflow.
  • Analyze, clean, and organize data using Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Sorting, Merging, Filters, etc.).
  • Ensure data accuracy and prepare reports for management.
  • Provide guidance, training, and support to team members.
  • Resolve problems and escalate issues when required.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Sorting, Merging, Filter Application, etc.).
  • 1–2 years of proven experience in team handling.
  • Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
