We are looking for a Data Analyst Team Lead who can manage a team of analysts while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timely completion of data-related tasks. The ideal candidate should be highly skilled in Advanced Excel and demonstrate strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of Data Analysts, ensuring smooth workflow.
- Analyze, clean, and organize data using Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Sorting, Merging, Filters, etc.).
- Ensure data accuracy and prepare reports for management.
- Provide guidance, training, and support to team members.
- Resolve problems and escalate issues when required.
- Work independently with minimal supervision.
Key Requirements:
- Proficiency in Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Sorting, Merging, Filter Application, etc.).
- 1–2 years of proven experience in team handling.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
