Data Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing large sets of data to support decision-making across departments. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to uncover trends, identify opportunities, and deliver actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect, clean, and interpret data from various sources to support business objectives.

Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools like Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.

Perform statistical analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and patterns.

Collaborate with stakeholders to define key metrics and business questions.

Present findings to leadership in a clear and concise manner.

Support data-driven decision-making through ad-hoc analysis and reports.

Develop and maintain documentation for data processes and reporting standards.

Assist in designing and implementing data models and databases.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.

8+ years of experience in a data analysis or similar role.

Proficiency in SQL and Excel.

Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.

Familiarity with statistical techniques and tools (e.g., Python, R, or SAS).

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.
