Data Analyst

Requirements:

Looking for data analyst and not more of a data engineer. Look for someone who can make interactive dashboard. Prior experience working with stake holders. Business understanding/ Analytical mind set.

Provides support to banking. Commercial Lending.

Data and analytics support. – Dashboard, Data Analysis.

Years of experience – 3-5 years.

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Analytics, Statistics, Finance, Accounting, Math, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering or similar analytical / STEM field

Demonstrated relevant experience coding in SQL, Python and/or R (this will be tested during interviews)

Experience with Excel and PowerPoint, and Tableau experience.

Creative and quantitative problem-solving skills with strengths in Data Acquisition, Manipulation, Cleaning, Analysis and Presentation of Results

Basic statistics knowledge

Presentation skills including proposing strategic recommendations to management and clearly articulating technical concepts to non-technical audiences

Intellectual curiosity – always trying to understand and find the truth in the data

Ability to collaborate with others

Added bonus if you have (Preferred):

MBA or master’s degree in an analytical field

Background in Auto Finance or Consumer Lending industries

Professional experience in one or more areas covered by the Analytics Job Family (see list above)

Intermediate to advanced statistics knowledge
