Data Analyst

We're seeking a Data/Systems Analyst to join the Privacy and Data Protection team working on two concurrent projects:

• Data Protection: Engage with stakeholders, gather/document requirements, coordinate with engineering.
• End-to-End Encryption: Analyze large datasets, identify gaps, perform root cause analysis.

Top Skills Needed:

• Strong written and verbal communication
• SQL, Python, Power BI or other visualization tools
• Data analysis, problem-solving mindset
• Cybersecurity or privacy experience (a plus)

Responsibilities Include:

• Advanced analysis using large datasets
• Report and dashboard creation (Power BI/Tableau)
• Gathering and validating data using SQL/Teradata
• Storytelling with data, presentations, stakeholder engagement
• Use of JIRA for task tracking
• Working cross-functionally on business KPIs and performance metrics

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred) in a relevant field
• 3–4 years of data/system analysis experience
• Technical skills: Advanced SQL, Power BI/Tableau, Excel, Python/R (preferred)
