- Collect, clean, and analyze data to support business decisions and strategies;
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs);
- Develop exception reporting to help identify potential errors made by manual administrative responsibilities;
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs and provide actionable insights;
- Under the guidance of LDOE, identify opportunities to augment internal tracking, reporting, and forecasting capabilities;
- Ensure data quality and integrity through rigorous testing and validation processes;
- Participate in team meetings and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are mandatory:
- Two (2) plus years of expertise and/or relevant experience in:
o Data analysis and reporting;
o SQL and database management systems (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MSSQL);
o Data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI);
o Excel/Google Sheets advanced formulas.
- Proficiency in Python programming language;
- Strong understanding of statistical methods and techniques;
- Excellent communication skills for presenting findings to non-technical stakeholders
