Description

  • Collect, clean, and analyze data to support business decisions and strategies;
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs);
  • Develop exception reporting to help identify potential errors made by manual administrative responsibilities;
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs and provide actionable insights;
  • Under the guidance of LDOE, identify opportunities to augment internal tracking, reporting, and forecasting capabilities;
  • Ensure data quality and integrity through rigorous testing and validation processes;
  • Participate in team meetings and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.

Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are mandatory:

  • Two (2) plus years of expertise and/or relevant experience in:

o Data analysis and reporting;
o SQL and database management systems (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MSSQL);
o Data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI);
o Excel/Google Sheets advanced formulas.

  • Proficiency in Python programming language;
  • Strong understanding of statistical methods and techniques;
  • Excellent communication skills for presenting findings to non-technical stakeholders
